Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customer-focused integrated marketing communication campaigns and plan in line with Sales and Business Development initiatives within Swagelok brand guidelines and direction.
• Collaborate closely with the sales, services and operations teams to implement marketing ideas and activations aligned with the brand's vision and growth objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, PPC) aligned with overall business objectives.
• Ensure consistent and compliant creation, distribution, and management of marketing communications content and materials for both digital and offline platforms.
• Analyze digital marketing data and generate reports to track campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field with minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as a team and independently.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital marketing tools.
• Have experience analyzing and reporting on marketing activities, in particular ROI from campaigns and lead nurturing.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver as per service and manufacturing plan to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery. Recommend process improvements, service enhancements, and technological solutions to optimize service operations.
• Comply to safety regulations and industry standards in his daily task. Carry the culture of safety and adherence to best practices among service technicians. Comply to safety protocols to minimize risks and maintain a safe work environment.
• Works closely with cross function to obtain clear specifications and engineering/ design change details, assembly, or repair works. Ensure all parts are available for the project assembly works, execute the project’s assembly, ensures all tools and equipment are sufficient and in good condition.
• Deliver per service metrics and provide regular reports to direct supervisor. Perform various technical jobs following work instruction, technical manual, customer specification and industry standards to ensure the quality, safety, efficiency, and productivity in his daily activities.
• Perform on-site services at customer facility, onshore or offshore for any industry as assigned and instructed by their direct supervisor or manager.
• Perform and support customer training Trainers in training centre or onsite as assigned and instructed by their direct supervisor or manager
• Perform and support equipment services Engineer in service centre or onsite as assigned and instructed by their direct Supervisor or Manager
• To ensure and attend any competency training, both Swagelok CP and HSE training are valid at all time or subject to Manager instructions,
• Any other related job duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Possess a diploma in engineering or minimum the industry certificates to perform the technical functions as required by the CS projects.
• Years of experience is at least 1-2 years. Conversant with PC software will be a plus.
• Physically fit and able to endure harsh working condition.

• Assisting in the preparation of proposals for new projects and initiatives within the oil and gas operations sector.
• Assisting in conducting market research and gathering data to support the development of competitive proposals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure proposals align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Participating in the development of materials, information and data to support the proposal process.
• Gaining exposure to the end-to-end proposal development lifecycle.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the proposal process and related documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with HR and administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document processing.
• Support the HR and Administration teams in organizing office activities.
• Maintain employee records and data management.
• Help organize company events and activities.
• Design posters, photo content, and video production projects for HR & Administration Department.
• Support HR and Administrative tasks.
• Participate in HR & Admin projects.
• Learn about HR functions and activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Skills: Communication, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Good written and spoken English.

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist in generating order requisition form for semiconductor repeat order.
• Will be assisting the Engineers to generate Documents such as Datasheet, Spare part list, Operating Manual, and Catalogue.
• Will be assigned to monitor the documentation for all oil and gas projects.
• Perform technical/hands-on tasks using Swagelok's parts at the Service Centre.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an engineering degree program, with a focus on bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical/Process), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
• Keen interest in the fluid systems industry and a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
